Winning criteria for Recycling Warrior
1. Volume of recycling
2. Variety (in terms of recycling categories) of recycling
3. Top 5 winners who recycle the most will be selected.

Winning Criteria for Lucky Warrior:
1. Frequency of recycling (1 entry per day)

Scenario: User A recycles on 3/1/2025, 12pm entitles to 1 entry
Scenario B: User B recycles on 3/1/2025 & 4/1/2025 entitles to 2 entries
Scenario C: User C recycles on 3/1/2025, 12pm & 3/1/2025, 4pm entitles to 1 entry only

2. A total of 10 Lucky Warriors will be selected randomly (the winner who is selected as Recycling Warrior will not be selected for Lucky Warrior)

What Can You Recycle?

Accept:
1. Aluminium, tin and scrap Metal
2. Paper (newspaper, mixed paper) and carton box
3. E-waste
4. Plastic bottles and plastic containers only (mixed plastic is not acceptable)

Not Accept:
1. Fabric
2. Glass bottle
3. Food waste
4. Wood and furniture
5. Non-rechargeable battery
6. Medicine
7. Light bulb, fluorescent light

2. SPICE Arena Station
3. New World Park Station
4. Auto City Station
5. Karpal Singh Drive Station
6. MPKK Pantai Molek Station
7. MPKK Tanjung Bungah Station
8. Riiicycle Snap & Throw Bin (Only for small E-waste)
9. House to house E-waste collection (bulky item)
10. Any roadshows or campaigns (if any)

Terms & Conditions

1. All participants must be residing in Penang and registered as Penang Green Citizen.
2. Participants must download Riiicycle mobile app and register an account with Riiicycle.Follow the steps by scanning the QR code to join the recycling competition.
3. All recyclables need to be clean and dry, following the criteria and category of recycling.
4. Participants are required to send the recyclables to the selected recycling station of Riiicycle referring to their collection schedule, OR any collection campaign under Riiicycle, using the mobile app reward system.
5. Each round of recycling competition will last for 3 months and runs quarterly in 2025.
6. All data provided MUST be genuine and correct, all data will be protected by Penang Green Council & Riiicycle. (Eg.: Name, IC number, phone number, Green Code, email address, etc.)
7. Any incomplete pledging and registration will not be accepted
8. Top 5 winners with the most recycling amount and variety by the end of the 3 months competition will be selected and walk away with RM150 each.
9. 10 lucky winners will be selected randomly and entitled to a total of RM75 cash prize each. The lucky draw entry is based on the frequency of recycling during the competition.
10. Each participant is only entitled to one prize.
11. All prizes will be given out 2 weeks after the competition ends.
12. Participants under age 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or guardians during the prize giving ceremony.
13. The winners will be selected based on data collected on the Riiicycle mobile apps. The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
14. All competition updates will be shared on the official social media page of Penang Green Council and Riiicycle.
15. This competition is open to all Penangites except the staff members of Penang Green Council and Riiicycle.
16. Penang Green Council & Riiicycle reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
