Penang Green Council proudly brings to you The Penang Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Conference and Exhibition 2023, an exhibition cum workshop focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and their role in shaping sustainable manufacturing in Penang. The event aims to bring together industry leaders, experts, and stakeholders to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and explore the latest trends and challenges in the dynamic ESG landscape.

As global challenges such as climate change, social inequality, and ethical governance demand urgent attention, this event seeks to address these pressing issues through comprehensive workshops, exhibition booths by different stakeholders, engaging panel discussions, and valuable business networking sessions.

The 1.5-days event will showcase how organisations can integrate ESG principles into their strategies, operations, and decision-making processes to drive long-term value and positive impact. Apart from that, the event will feature exhibition booths by different stakeholders, panel discussion as well as networking sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with thought leaders, explore case studies, and gain practical insights into implementing ESG practices in their respective industries.

Objectives

b) To facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among industry leaders, experts, and stakeholders, promoting sustainable business strategies and responsible corporate behaviour.

c) To provide a platform for networking and collaboration, fostering partnerships between organisations committed to ESG initiatives and promoting collective action for positive social and environmental impacts.

Agenda

 

There will be 1.5-days of exhibition from MNCs and SMEs, Green Tech and Finance companies to share practical insights into implementing ESG practices into your respective industries, showcase innovative solutions and technologies that contribute to environmental sustainability and providing green financing options. The exhibition will also complements with the main agenda by offering some solutions for industries.
